Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Your application will be reviewed by our team and we'll send qualified applicants to the next phase of our hiring process.
- Stage 2
Review
Our team will review your application. If you're a potential match, we'll reach out to schedule an initial phone interview to learn more about you and your work experience.
- Stage 3
Initial Interview
Once we've reviewed your application and if you're a potential match, we'll reach out to schedule an interview time with you.
- Stage 4
An Additional Interview - 30 min.
An additional interview is requested by the hiring manager for you to meet the UX team.
- Stage 5
An Additional Interview - 60 min.
An additional interview is requested by the hiring manager to get to know you a little more.
- Stage 6
Interview with the UX team (In-Person)
If you impressed our hiring manager, we'll schedule you for either a video or in-person interview (about 60-90 minutes long) to meet a few other people from our team.
- Stage 7
Hiring Manager/Team Debrief
Once we've conducted all of the interviews, the hiring manager/team will review all the candidates and make a decision to proceed with a top selection for the next phase--an offer.
- Stage 8
Check References
We'll check references once the hiring team makes their top candidate selection.
- Stage 9
Offer
If your qualifications and portfolio are a Tactile fit, we'll make it official by extending an offer.
- Stage 10
Hired
Once you've accepted an offer, we'll get you set up for your first day at Tactile!
